in this blog I wish to share with you all my "experiments" in my kitchen, that is Italian food.

Remember that any recipe ins't "strict". You can modify according to your taste.
Some suggestions
- Never exaggerate with salt, marine salt is very good because contains iodine and avoids problems to the thyroid; but too salts elevated too much the blood pressure.
- Try always to substitute butter with olive oil, it's less dangerous for heart.
